Write an Android flash startup screen for my app.

Hi everybody :) For this project i'm willing to pay 40$ top. this is a fine offer cuz it short and for pro designers with flash on android is simple. my app got a startup screen that i want to make a little bit better and cooler. i need someone that know animation for android / nexus phones. the logo is an eye of the famous "awesome smily". i need the eye to be in 90 degree and when the startup screen (splashscreen of app) will load the eye will zoom out and twist 90 degree to the right side and than you will see the full logo. + i want to make the eye blink, the finger presses the remote more time that we could really see it, and the red waves of the infra-red glowing cooler than it is right now in the app i already have.
