Prepare written instructions or demonstrate to me in real-time in desktop sharing mode how to make precise color adjustments in Adobe Photoshop CS4 or any other Adobe CS4 product. I need to apply precise color adjustment in RGB (255,255,255) scale. For example, I might want to increase the Green component of all pixels of a given image by 1 point on 0-255 scale. The popular Photoshop color adjustments allow changing these parameters on 0-100 scale (in percentages), which does not allow for the required degree of precision on 0-255 RGB scale.
One of the possible ways that comes to my mind is through Image -> Calculations... menu item. It has "Blending" combobox that could be set to "Add" in order to add/subtract the RGB of "Source 2" to/from "Source 1." I guess Source 2 could be a solid image with the appropriate RGB value. However, I am not familiar with Photoshop well enough to set "Source 1" and "Source 2" correctly.
Initial oral Skype interview is required for me to make sure that you correctly understand the task and that I won't end up with instructions that do not allow for the required precision. The deliverables are the instructions uploaded to VWorker at the end of the project. I use TeamViewer for desktop sharing mode (free download from [url removed, login to view])
