Photoshop expert - 4 high resolution & editable posters job

Hi guys

Last project for bid is now closed due to lack of communication. This project is designed for high-traffic for vehicle, which must stress these requirements: clean, simple, attractive and creative concept will be highly considered.

As again, we would like to seek someone who:-

1) 4 high resolution and printable posters job

2) all files in PNG/PSD which editable for re-size or add text

3) size for 4 posters = 2,400 mm x 1,000 mm

4) up to $80 budget only

5) fast and accurate turn arround and 2 weeks deliverly time-frame

6) rule for payment:- mock-up for 1st poster, if selected, released 20% first, and 80% wait until files finalised for 4 posters.
