Poster Design - Teen Help

Hello all, Looking for someone to take idea to final design; Attached is the photo that needs work. Your job is to take the photo and somewhere in the middle of the photo (child's shade) add on two separate layers 1) broken bottle of alcoholic drink (no brand) 2) broken needle injection. Bottom of the poster needs to contain text "Thank you, we got our son back". Please don't rasterize text as we would need to further edit it. Idea behind the poster is that organisation helped family to rescue their son / daughter from drugs or alcohol. Designer that wins the job will get high res image to work on.
