Create a new amazing design / functionality for my existing website

I am looking to get a complete re design of my current website [login to view URL] I am looking to have a new design that that requires membership to the site to be able to access the free downloads. I want signing up to be very easy with just an e mail address username and password. I want it to be so that the visitors can browse the home page and even the download page of the audios where they can listen to sample of each audio. To be able to download the full version of the audio however the visitor must sign up for a basic membership. Currently there are hundreds of audios on the site. I want to make is that only the top 15 audios that I have chosen are available with the basic membership. The basic membership will also includes ads and the donation form pop up that is already being used on the site. I also want to have an upsale of a "Gold Membership" This paid membership will the include the 100's of audios available on the site for easy download and without any pop ups or ads. We will also offer a "Premium Membership" which will also give the customer access to the Full Membership on our Partner site "[login to view URL]" On top of making this a membership based site I would also like to offer an affiliate program that allows others to sell the upgraded memberships. To give an idea of a design idea that i like visit: [login to view URL] something similar to this that is clean and easy to use would be great. I have created album art for the top 15 audios that I want included in the basic membership - I am happy with this album art however if you like to design and have another idea on making consistent branding for the album art I am open to suggestions. I also have a logo I am happy with but would consider other logos if you see value in creating them. More than anything I am looking for a strong developer who communicates well and can accomplish everything I am looking for. This site already gets good traffic and I would like to better convert that traffic. I am open to any suggestions on ideas or monetizations that you may have any in fact would perfer a developer who has unique ideas and knowledge on the sales and marketing level of things.
