finish adult dating website look and feel jomsocial and joomla -- 2

I have two adult websites that have been sat on the back burner for over a year and its time to bring them forward and go live as they have been sitting doing nothing. The two websites are both adult in nature, both cms driven, the sites are as follows - [login to view URL] - joomla based, social component jomsocial already installed (running version 2.8), this has had some work already carried out, but its not finished. It needs the look and feel of the site improved for the matter at hand to improve how it looks, core changes should have already been carried out - see below. [login to view URL] - uses AVS to embed videos. These two sites have there memberships linked, so if you create a membership on chat an account gets created on movies. The idea being that daters can also add there own video to there profiles stored on movies. Both sites need the site logos adding, but the main bulk of work is on the chat site where the following needs to be done - 1. Amend/create layout so its more appealing and visually correct for the target audience with images and layout amendments. 2. check process flow for creating account, joining site, creating events etc. 3. create suitable discussion groups (based on the list of interest areas below) 4. add logos 5. look at upgrading jomsocial to newer version without breaking existing code (see below for existing custom work carried out).
