Online stock management and works orders system

More of an online application really - its to manage stock in a manufacturing process. I can send over a specification to help with costs etc.
I was thinking we could use something like [login to view URL] to save development time, but that’s not fixed in stone - so feel free to suggest something you’ve used before to speed development. Its all about the application.
It will primarily be used on tablet, with desktop secondary.

Top grey bar - main menu.
Items: This is any item that KeyChoc deal with - it could be a single metal bar to a complete chocolate making machine.
On the left side: Item code - we need to develop a code system - it can be a randomly selected/generated no. This will be a permanent code for the item.
On the right, they can select items that already exist to make another item (unlimited number of items could be required).
Instock, PO, WO are status's of the item
Movements:
Left side - basically a way of selecting the item. Item code or searched.
Middle column: The circles are select buttons!
Stock Status:
Lists all items in their various status's - this page is where they would probably select an item to edit the movements in most
Reports:
A selection of reports (to be decided). One example would be:
To manufacturer a finished product, we'll need to get a list of all the items in it (and their stock status). This would also generate the Works Orders for any sub assemblies used in it.
