534504 Joomla Website Upgrade and New look

I need an upgrade on a Joomla 1.5 Website to 1.7 the following work news to be done

- New modern travel type theme, and banner upgrade, and or logo redesign whichever is required

- Google Earth plugin installation to replace the current 1.5 plugin that does not work in 1.7

- The website does not have a lot of data so tradition should be smooth

- Creativity is the key - I want to entice advertisers to host their businesses online

Preferably for someone who has done a travel site in joomla, but not required

Examples of your work is a must, if this project is succesfull the sister site will also be upgraded.
