App to be created for Blog that features Innovation

I need an nice APP to be created and to be available for download on Apple App store. The App should feature similar functions than my blog : [login to view URL] I am looking for a nice design but I can not afford crazy prices... I would love to be able to collect database so would be great if the client can log onto the app by entering his linked in profile or facebook or email so i can collect database. The App would be free and do not want to feature any advertising. Functions to be exactly same as the blog and very important, I need a very nice and modern design. I am looking for a package price that includes everything incl the application to the App store from apple act...and I need a realistic time frame. I want to see what work you have done previously.
