Videos for new Multi Level Marketing company from Brazil

We are a new MLM company from Brazil, and we are looking for someone to produce all our videos. The videos will be uploaded to Youtube and to our website. The whole project involves 3 videos. 1st - company and business presentation; 2nd - Training; 3rd - Motivational. We will provide the informations about the business and our compensation plan. We haven't decided yet: view,design,type and style for the videos, but we need present all informations as clear as possible, to a wide range of audience and different people.
