There could be some images, and an interview with client's CEO, where he answers to 3 our questions, for example:
1. What was used for production planning in Biominerata:
2. How did the implementation of MRPEasy take place:
We entered the raw materials into the stock. Then we entered the first two BOMs and routings and made the first two production orders. And according to these, we produced.
We did a double check, just in case, to see if the used materials had gone out of the stock. Everything was all right.
3. What are the benefitsf MRPEasy:
a) Our Excel spreadsheet was so big and wide that the whole image did not fit on the computer screen anymore, and the overview of the data was very bad. It was necessary at all times to scroll back and forth, up and down.
b) Human errors in Excel are not visible and may go into the production process. The software shows the errors immediately and does not allow faulty manufacturing processes.
c) Right during the planning of the production, the software shows the missing materials in red. This provides an opportunity to order the raw materials at the right time, and ensure smooth production.
d) A lot fewer movements. All recipes are stored. It makes no difference whether you are producing 100 or 10 thousand pieces, the software automatically calculates the required quantities of raw materials. The save in time is big.
e) The software provides a complete overview over the value of the materials in the warehouse. I was surprised by how much money we have under the materials.

Don't hesitate to ask more information. This is an initial test of the co-operation. More work could come after.

Biominerata CEO John Brown regarding the implementation of MRPEasy:
You can propose your own price for the work, it can be higher than $30, but not bigger than $100.
