PSD UX Guru Needed to Tweak PSD File

For the right person, this job will likely take LESS than 2 hours.

We have a PSD file (see attached) that was originally rendered with a higher pixel density that our web design calls for.. for this reason, the rendering doesn't look correct in the browser. We need this design to look good in a browser running 1024 x 768

If you are an extremely skillful PSD / Graphic / UX designer, and you have excellent design skills doing modern UI / Web design, then we need your help.

This first job is very small, but we have many more other small projects on the drawing board.
