Uptown [login to view URL] is a website for a retail center that is home to Restaurants, Spa Facilities, Coffee shops, and other services.
We recently hired a company to launch an SEO effort to improve traffic and visibility of the website; however, the website needs a redesign to optimize navigation and user-friendliness. The redesign also needs to be SEO-friendly, catchy, and modern so that users spend more time browsing through different pages. The redesign also needs to be tablet and mobile-friendly and must have optimized design to enhance speed.
Since all the content and imagery is there, we expect the developer to use a lot of creativity in improving the design. We would like to see a few mock-up frames that are relevant and expect that all the content and specific imagery from the existing sight will be properly migrated across.

- Also, it is very important that all of the metal info and keywords be migrated across to the redesigned website properly.
- We also want the developer to add hyper-text and alt info for images properly as to optimize our existing SEO effort.
