Looking for a web based solution where we can enter details of customer for event and then the customer can select menu and other things for the event.
Also item should be suggested to the customer depending on previous events or admin priority.
Features:
Customer comes at our premises
Asks for a specific date
We check calender for date
Confirm availability
Ask some questions from client regarding person details and requirements
In requirement there may be
- Rooms
- Banquet
- Catering
- Decoration and other stuffs
We open menu where v tell the customer to select menu in front of us or can select later on
If he select in front of us v give our tab to select or we send message to customer for menu and other item selection
Now the tricky part, System will check for best selling items and force the customer to select that item only or
If any event is there within 7 days of the date opted from customer then system will give option of that item and tell him to select that menu.
It might happen that customer comes and doesn't confirm us then a follow up should be there for him and if customer says that he has already done with the event we will select that booking closed due to booking somewhere else.
It's a web based system which can be used in laptop/other device as well
