What I’m looking to do is to coordinate a golf vacation for family members and their friends.

My idea is to use a flyer to share the particulars of the golf vacation and to circulate the flyer via email.

The flyer is already being created as a PDF file. I’m looking for someone to embed a link into my flyer that will lead people to a registration form such as Ninja Forms. The form will collect the registration information (e.g., name, email address, golf handicap, shirt size, hat size, etc) and then collect a one time payment via a PayPal add on.

I have a PayPal business account, but I am not a member with Ninja Forms or anything similar.
