Build a Broker Platform (website)

I am looking to develop a website that will be the main interface of an Internet-based broker for the matching of buyers and sellers. Buyers are interested in making/receiving a certain type of product/service and sellers have the capability to make it or provide it. The website will need to enable buyers to create a secure account with username and password, create a profile and be able to describe the job/service and upload files as necessary and follow up the status of their order. They should also be able to pay using a credit card and pay pal. We will work out the details of the information that the buyer needs to provide. The website will need to enable sellers to create a secure account with username and password, create a profile be able to describe what they can provide for a certain job/service and how much it cost, they will need to be able to upload files as necessary and provide the status of their order. They should be able to securely provide bank information to receive payments. The system needs to be able to match buyers and sellers and have some build in intelligent features to do the match and advise both sellers and buyers. The system should have the capability to receive payment from buyers and release it to sellers upon product/service completion. The website should be able to have additional pages to describe the business and provide a knowledge base to educate customers. Here are some additional features: • Chat between buyers and sellers with archive • Messages within the website (email) • Voice call • Buyer need to be able to upload a CAD model (3D model), the seller should be able to see it on the page and interact with it (Zoom, rotate, etc..) You will share source code upon each millstone completion and provide a weekly update on progress.
