Build me a website for tire casing brokeage

My goal is to create a website where buyers and sellers of tire casings can meet. The site should be dedicated to companies that need certain dimensions or want to sell certain dimensions. You should be able to freely post ads of what you want to buy and sell. There must also be a function where you can show your total balance of casings and dimensions that are for sale. The site must look proffional and where advertising of ads must be done smoothly. One should at the same time have the opportunity to choose who will be responsible for the freight and if one wants third parties to handle it. Who the seller or buyer is must be hidden because otherwise you can around the side and contact the other party directly. The idea is that it should be added a few percent in cost to cover the costs for the site and my own work. If there are other ways to achieve my goal then I am very keen to do so if it is better.
