They can post projects and can award projects to workers. And workers can place their bid over the proposal. We cannot create a clone of any site, so that we need to define features of your site. Project Specification: As per my understanding there will be three modes for your web application. Employer Mode Worker Mode Administrator Mode Employer Mode 1. Employer will be able to sign up over the site and create their profile over the site. They will be creating their profile through submit some details like name, location, zip code, email address etc. 2. Employer will be able to manage profile over the site, as they can add/edit/remove their personal details over the site. 3. Employers will be able to view profile of worker over the site. 4. Employer will be able to post their projects over the site, as they can post projects with different fields like name of project, description of project, their budget range, and skills required. 5. Employer will be able to view bids placed by workers over their project. 6. Employer can send message to particular worker to discuss project. 7. Employer will be able to award project to particular worker over the site after discussing entire things regarding project. 8.
