I'm looking for someone to develop 2 Wordpress extensions (platforms) including a good looking visual design. You need to implement them well to The Ark theme, so design will match. Regarding the front-end, you need to implement each extension into a separate page. In other words, WP website is mainly consisted of several pages (already done), now you need to add 2 extra pages, 1st extension on one and the 2nd extension on another page. Both should have responsive design, compatible with mobile & tablets as well.
Please check these 2 links first, so you will have a better idea how this system would look like, they are similar like my idea:

In case of the 1st plugin, it is like a database for "examples of good practices". Each example has a title of the project, links to social networks (FB, Twitter, Linkedin), basic info in indents, short description of the case, a picture and up to 5 PDF files in English language and another PDF in a selectable, custom local language.
An important part is a search engine just like on the 2nd link posted above. It should have a custom search engine, consisted of a text box as well as 8 dropdown menus with 5 options each for filtering. All the data for the filters is either text either numbers in specific ranges. Search should be intuitive and user friendly.
You should code the plugin it in a way that it will be also upgradeable in the future in the way that users will be able to add examples of good practices as well (so user registrations, logins, profiles, editor etc.). But as this will not be the case for now, just keep it in your mind for the next milestones. For now I just need a full administration in admin back-end, so a complete editor to view, edit, publish/unpublish examples etc.
The 2nd plugin is similar, but it should already support user registrations, login and their own editor of the examples of good practices, so they can always edit/delete their own, however administrators would have to approve each edit (moderation). In other words, there should be a 3-stage user system: 1st visitor, 2nd user which can edit his own content and 3rd administrators. User names should be displayed publicly, so visible next to their content in front-end.
The amount of data would be about the same as in the 1st plugin, there would just be a different type of data, so to name them: country, category, contact info, social networks, skills etc. So more personal things. The search engine should be similar as in the 1st plugin but with less filters.
The first plugin would be in English, but the 2nd one should be translated into 5 languages at front-end. Users could choose the language of their profile and they could also select in which language is their content.
I would insert translations on my own, but you need to provide me that option in back-end. I will use WPML on the website to translate it to other languages, so it would be the best if the plugins would be WPML compatible.
Some display sorting of the search results would be also needed (like sort by date of entry, sort by name etc.). The results listed after search could be also just partial and then each entry would have a “Read more” button which would fully expand the content.
Both plugins are completely separated; they are not linked to each other.
Please do not send me placeholder bids. Write me down a complete, realistic price and how long do you need to finish both plugins including the implementation on the WP website. I need first (at least visual) drafts in 3 days though, please keep that in your mind. I will provide you the link to the website with admin credentials, so you can work on it. Everything else is completed except for those two extensions/platforms/systems or how would you call it.
I expect that you send me your references. I also expect a high quality, professional work.
