Create 2D sprite sheet and Characters for Game

Hi, I am a Senior High School student with knowledge with programming and have been creating a 2D pixelated RPG. I am getting to the point where I would like to include custom sprites that are not from elsewhere on the web. I am looking for someone to create a sprite sheet with textures/tiles such as grass, gravel, water, etc. I am also looking for a couple pixelated characters to be created. As per request from others, I would like their faces to be pixelated and placed on a character in the spritesheet. The characters, I would like to have walking animations and idle animations that I could place into an animation. I would like these to be either 16x16 per or 32x32. The choice is yours. I am not talented in this department and am not creative.
