This job requires an experienced WordPress developer and branding expert. Only freelancers with both WordPress and branding experience will be considered for this project. Design experience with thoughtful use of branding elements must be demonstrated in prior work. Budget is $400 + $100 bonus (see bonus info below). Website must be online by Oct 4. Work for this project includes: * Creation of new website on [login to view URL] * Selection of a WordPress template which matches our style/needs * Creative design of 5 web pages with menu: home, product, events, press, about * All pages must be responsive and correctly displayed on all popular platforms: MacOS, Windows, iOS, Android * All pages must correctly displayed on all popular web browsers: Safari, Chrome, Edge/IE (Firefox and Opera testing is optional) * Company branding guide must be followed * Photo alteration for consistent look and feel across pages $100 bonus! * A selection switch to enable "Dark Mode". A user selectable switch which switches color theme from light mode to dark mode. Such as the iOS feature: [login to view URL] You will be provided: * Company branding guide (style, colors, font, etc) * Background images (stock photos) * Copy/Text content for each page Company Background * Software technology startup company * Our products are Bluetooth protocol stacks, software which runs on embedded semiconductor devices (electronic chips) * Our team consists of experienced engineers, well known people in our industry * Product is mature, about 10 years old, we worked on this product with our prior employer Concepts and Style Considerations * Minimalistic: simple, clean and clear * Geometric preferred over organic * Masculine preferred over feminine * Established feel, as if we been operating for 5-10 years already, with 20-25 running the company * Fresh, but not out dated * But a mature company, not youthful * Sophisticated preferred over playful * Thoughtful and meaningful concepts * Wireless: logo represents a network diagram (dots with lines) * Packets: packets in network theory is represented with an envelope * Software: font is mono spaced, resembling font used in a code editor * Careful the concepts do not get tricky or too playful, should be subtle but functional
