Design a Logo for my new company PlusPower

I am about to start a small business and i have som problems creating the perfect logo. It has to be simple and i was thinking, that the logo has to be with letters POWER, and the P has need to have a + sign somewhere in the letter, like (OnePlus mobile brand). Maybe a little lightning sign somewhere on the logo. The product is powerbanks for iOS and Android. See the attached photo. My webpage is soon up and running.
