Design a 1 page Brochure

I require a one page brochure pdf design that can be sent as an email attachment to prospective clients.
The requirements are to create a look and feel consistent with the brand and make the poster appealing and draw attention to the important parts i.e. call to action and headline statement.
IT security relevant icons or images can be used if designer feels it would contribute to appeal and messaging.
I have created a word document containing the required text for the brochure.
There are no brand guidelines for this brand so please reference the logo as a rough guide but don't feel restricted by it. As long as the logo looks good on the poster I will be happy.
The attached logo is the best quality available unfortunately.
