Project Overview:
I need a developer who can heavily edit my php/cms template (.hellovideo) to be similar to the movies website: [login to view URL]

What you will need to complete:
1) convert the landing page to be similar to that of [login to view URL]
1-a) Sections - Suggestions / Latest Movies / Latest TV-SERIES / Requested
2-b) Sub-sections: recommended / most watched this week / most favorited
1-c) Responsive title card overlay when mouse over movie ( IMDB meta-data: rating, run time, description, country & actors )
2) convert the player page to be similar to that of [login to view URL]
2-a) similar looking html5 player
2-b) 5-Star rating below player with download button to the right
2-c) IMDB meta data: Movie Name, Score, Run Time, Description, Genre, Actors,
2-d) User rating - Release Date - Quality - Views
2-e) Facebook Comments Plugin
2-f) SEO tags and meta-data for movie
3) setup proper category genres for content ( action, adventure, sci-fi )
3-a) categories and keywords with pages that will show relevant content
4) create a scraper that will four times daily ( every 6 hours ) automatically post new movies and tv shows from [login to view URL] to the website.
4-a) scraper must scrape the movie/tv show player, imdb meta-data, preview picture, tags and keywords, and anything else relevant on the page.
I'm looking for the best mixture of experience and value. If you cannot work within the budget, please do not post a proposal.
