Busy Executive is in need of another Virtual Assistant to assist in several processes in a busy event planning business!
Task will include: appointment bookings, customer service processes, phone handling and troubleshooting, and light social media or design work if applicable!
Must have good phone voice to answer VOIP phone via Grasshopper!
Must be available to take calls local EST time regular business hours.
Must know how to use google docs, sheets, FORMS.
Must have good writing skills for interaction with customers.
BONUS: Mention if you have experience with photoshop (or graphic design skills), crm management, or video editing capabilities. Mention also if you have access to iPhone apps or android apps.
