Finishing touches and graphical edits for a Powerpoint template

We have put together a Powerpoint presentation and need some assistance in the finishing touches and making sure it looks professional as well as creating a standard template that is easy for us to manage and update on our own. The basic presentation is attached, we are looking for assistance with the following: 1. Clean up the presentation, ensure everything is standard & professional (e.g. fonts, spacing, pictures etc.) 2. Fix pictures & background: Some of the pictures are out of proportion/need adjustment and we are unhappy with the backgrounds for the basic slides. 3. Create easy template to add in slides - Create a few additional templates to add additional slides later (e.g. projections, tables, numbers) 4. Have the right fonts (we had some issues downloading fonts from an on-line template originally used - these need to be standard so anyone can download and view presentation 5. Reduce the size of the ppt so it does not take so long to download/view. (And explain to us how to do this for future). 6. Slide 13 in animated but needs updating, we need any easy way to do this. The main goal: A professional, clean looking presentation that is easy for us to maintain and update on our own. Please provide a proposal and references to work you have done in the past.
