GRAPHICS EXPERT: Colour Palette to CSS, Home Page Image, Buttons

You need demonstrative conservative B2B work in your portfolio. You probably have a degree in Graphics or Fine Art on your wall. You know graphics fundaments, work in the 24-bit colour space, and have a good enough grasp on English to understand our marketspace so you can suggest images. We've got a new website all put together, but the consensus is that the colours need to be a bit more subtle. Deliverables: #1 We have a modified new colour palette with the hex values. You tell us which colours go where -- we will put the hex values in the CSS. (Estimate 4 hours) #2 We need a better landing page image which aligns more with our corporate identity. You provide the image choices and final to be a snap-in replacement for existing. (Estimate unknown) #3 Provide modified buttons and menu images as snap in replacement for existing as per the colours locations you've suggested. We'd ideally like the source in GIMP, but Photoshop is ok. (Estimate 6 hours) To be clear: NO DEVELOPMENT OR CSS WORK NEEDED! I need you to tell me which CSS element should have which colour and I need your EXPERTISE in landing page images.
