THIS PROJECT REQUIRES ARTISTIC ABILITY. I am NOT solely looking for a logo, but an artistic design. I am looking for someone who can not only tidy up my original sketches, but also blend the two and incorporate my overall message for my brand. The focus I have for my brand is mental health awareness in black youth. I came up with the idea after realizing that my little sister was going through depression, but didn’t want to talk to anyone about it because she felt like people would laugh/wouldn’t understand/ or would criticize her. at the same time her friend, who also happens to be my best friends little sister, was also depressed and didn’t want to tell her family because her family doesn’t acknowledge or really believe in mental health issues. so i want to create a brand that focused on the importance of talking about/bringing awareness to the fact that black youth does experience mental health issues and why it’s so critical to share these experiences and seek out help. I sketched the flower girl myself and she is what I would like as the center piece. the other picture is a sort of layout of what i am looking for. the hands holding up a sort of garden/nature situation with the flower girl in the middle. with plants/flowers coming from her head to represent mental growth and flourishing
