HTML5 Banner Ads for Google AdWords

ALL GENERIC MESSAGES WILL BE IGNORED*** ***ALL PROPOSALS THAT NEGLECT OR DO NOT INCLUDE LINK DIRECTLY TO HTML5 BANNER AD EXAMPLES WILL BE IGNORED*** Seeking talented creative designer who: - Has vast experience in HTML5 Ad Design and can provide more than 5 examples of different sizes/ad sets per ad campaign. BE SURE TO SHARE AS MANY EXAMPLES AS YOU CAN. - Exceptional communication skills: Well spoken and written English; a designer that can communicate their ideas for ads and exceptionally organized with grammar and naming convention. Furthermore, a designer that is highly accessible and has quick turn around times. - Smart/Clever/Creative/Hardworking: We want a designer that DOES NOT RUSH projects, but rather, takes the proper time to think about creative ad ideas - ads that capture attention, are focused on the core ad objectives and messages, and overall a designer who invests themselves in ad ideas. - STRATEGIC: Designers that don't just work on looks, but can think strategically about ad targeting, ad strategy, and overall wants to be involved with the fuller scope of ad strategy so that they can understand exactly how, where and who will see the ad they're working on. If interested, we ask you comment on EACH of the 4 bullet points above, and that you provide a MINIMUM of 5 HTML5 Ad examples. Lastly, in your proposal, be sure to provide your estimate for cost to design the following: 3 HTML5 Ad Sets (each set unique designs completely), with each of the three sets having 4 individual ads: (300x250, 728x90, 120x600, and 320x50). This would be 12 individual ads (but 4 in each design set). Keep in mind that AFFORDABILITY is a MAJOR decision factor as we prospect potential designers.
