Improve Avada corporate website such as design, fonts, images, spacing, layout

We have an Avada themed wordpress corporate website [login to view URL] All our content has been completed, all development is completed, now we need the design to be tweaked an enhanced. Some of the main things on the site that need to be addressed from a design aspect is as follows: - Layout needs improving - Spacing and flow of columns and sections will need improving - Colour scheme of whole site needs improving, such as the buttons, rows, lines etc. - The font styles, colour, weight, and size need to be improved. - The icons, and pictures used need to be enhanced, or changed - Flow of the website needs to be done - Reordering of pages or more creativity with the content is necessary - On the "our client" page we would like to have a small flag next to each client to show where there company is based, to give that international look. We need these points to be visited and also any suggestion as to how to fix any lacking areas of the site.
