Joomla Web site from a template with a chat integration (the chat should be available only for selected registered users), I also need a way to sell private video lessons, software and other services with a shopping cart and the ability to receive paypal or skrill payments. It has to be mobile compliant and every registered user should be able to write articles or comments but they will be published only when a moderator approves them. Some of the website contents should be available only to selected registered users.
