Logo Coverted to Vector Needed

Hi

I need a logo converted to vector and amended for use with a black polo shirt.

I aim to use the logo for a t-shirt design from [url removed, login to view] therefore adobe illustrator needs to be used, saving as an eps file with text converted to curves.

I will need 2 eps files, one for a small logo on the front left breast of the polo shirt and the logo as big as possible for the back of the polo shirt.

I will be selecting plot printing so therefore only solid colours can be used with no colour fading etc.

General Plot Printing Guidelines for Design are below :

The original design should be not larger than 22.5 cm by 22.5 cm.

The smallest object in the graphic should be at least 1.5 mm.

Text must also be converted into curves!
