I work as chief designer for multiple parties that either started or have stuck with me over the years. For my price for one final design, I offer you- 1) 3 Mockups to choose from, based on initial concept 2) Unlimited revisions on final chosen mockup 3) Files in any format Let me introduce myself- I work primarily in fine art/ comics/ illustrations, which allows me to create original artwork. I do a lot of recreating from existing designs as well. It's called recreating because getting decent print ready files by auto tracing/ manipulating existing images is rarely possible. Beware those who do that. As you may know, many here are simply graphic/ web designers that are more in the realm of stock/ clip art that may be good on a website- but don’t translate well into t-shirts. ORIGINAL artwork/ TYPOGRAPHY is also another point that is rare as many are NOT illustrators/ artists… web buttons & GUI are their realms.
