Make amendments on the website design

Job Description:
I am looking for a website designer who can finish off the website design on HTML without javascript which was being designed by my previous designer. All layouts and structures have been completed but since I would like to make some changes to the designs, I am looking for someone who can make improvements. Work will mostly involve making amendments including adding new boxes, changing fonts and other quick and simple things.
I'd like to finish off all pages within the next 5 days.
Chosen candidate will be working with me on a daily basis to get make the changes and once sufficient screen shots are provided, work will be deemed acceptable.
Payment terms
1. 30% milestone set up at the start of the job to be released upon successful completion of the jobs through screen shots.
2. 70% milestone set up then upon receipt and verifying the files, this amount will be released
