Micro Project - Modify a Logo

Hello,
I found a logo on the internet that I would like modified to be unique. I want the exact or something similar to the attached logo. For example, make the small letters capitalized will be fine. As this is not my logo, I do not have any files for it.
The text will be white inside a colored circle.
I would like the background circle done in two versions... one using color code #09726d and a different version with the background color being #000156
To complete the project, you'll provide the logos in a PNG file without a white or black background, just the logo.
This logo will be used in a website so it should be designed to include only the logo and no space/border around the the circle.
I would like this done in the next few hours.
