Monthly Newsletter - January

Hi, I need a monthly newsletter done up once a month. Once the first one is done up it should be very simple to update each month.
I need the newsletter completed pretty much exactly as is (attachment)and will require you to send me all the working files when done. You may also need to work with the print shop so that the technical issues are resolved to make it possible to print based on their equipment.
The last review I received felt I was too picky and dragged him out(athough when I awarded him the project he said unlimited revisions guaranteed). I'm sorry he felt that way, and would have been happy to work it out with him if he had communicated that to me before the review.
If we work well together it will result in many more jobs.
I will not award it for over $30.
