I need some Graphic Design - Photoshop expert wanted for overlays

I need the images attached (or similar if you need it sent in another colourway) to have other fabrics overlayed on them.
I have 48 fabrics in total, attached are some which will give you an idea of what we are working with.
BONUS points if you can alter the room too, e.g. different photos, different colour pole, remove objects (e.g. table)
We have 1000s of these to do, but this is where we are starting so we are looking for a long term partner to work with.
