Create the base plate according to the dimensions in the PowerPoint. Basically, the plate should be just large enough to fit your given gear dimensions. Gear diameters can be calculated using the formulas in the PowerPoint. The thickness of the plate is 0.5”, and the shaft length will have to be calculated based on the plate thickness and overall gear height.
No material is specified, but you may assign a material if you wish. You may also color your components to your taste. Full points will be given if the basic gear set is built according to the specifications for your assigned gear set, properly submitted (assembly and all components in a zip folder), and accompanied by a spreadsheet with all of your gear set dimensions (N1, N2, D1, D2, plate dimensions, etc.). Up to 10 extra points will be awarded for creativity in the motion study. Due to time constraints, the motion study is not mandatory.

I was working on a gearbox of a bicycle recently so accomplishing your project requirements will not be a huge milestone to me . (All drawings will be done on soldworks 2012 version)
