Nonprofit Wix Website redesign

@ukroficer

✅ Hello, We’ll keep this inside Wix, retain the embedded video and Zeffy donate link, and rebuild the full site structure around clearer navigation and donation flow. First, we’d audit every published page and propose a new sitemap before redesigning the home, about, contact, and content pages. - Rebuild the Wix theme with consistent sections, styles, and page templates. - Rewrite/structure provided text for clearer nonprofit messaging and CTAs. - Add email capture using Wix forms or your preferred email tool. - Test desktop, tablet, and mobile, then record a handover walkthrough. Webcapitan is a Ukrainian web development and design studio with 8+ years, Preferred Freelancer status, and 580+ 5★ reviews. How many published Wix pages are live now? Should email signups go to Wix contacts, Mailchimp, or another list tool? Please let me know your thoughts. Looking forward, Roman

Could you please share the current Wix website URL and confirm the total number of published pages that need rebuilding? Also, will you provide the updated text/content and email-list platform you prefer, such as Wix Email Marketing or Mailchimp? Please confirm that the existing video embed and Zeffy donation link should remain unchanged. I’d also like to know your preferred design references, brand assets, and target completion date. I can rebuild everything natively in Wix with responsive layouts and provide a clear handover walkthrough.

Hi — Elias here from Miami. I understand you’re looking to redesign your Wix website to make it more relevant and engaging for your audience. The goal is not just aesthetics but also to ensure the new design effectively communicates your mission. What usually matters most is ensuring the site is user-friendly and easy to maintain. A common issue in redesigns like this is keeping content organized while ensuring the site remains scalable for future needs. The tricky part is usually integrating new features without disrupting existing workflows. My approach would involve a thorough review of your current content, followed by a collaborative design phase to refresh the site’s look while aligning with modern web standards. I focus on creating a stable foundation that allows for easy updates and enhancements. I’ve worked on various website redesigns, including nonprofit sites, where I prioritized usability and maintainability. A few questions to better understand the scope: Q1 – What specific functionalities do you want in the redesign? Q2 – Are there design inspirations or competitors you admire? Q3 – How do you envision managing and updating content post-launch? Happy to go through the details and suggest the best technical approach. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello, You’re not just looking for a prettier Wix site , you need a clearer story that makes visitors actually donate and join your list. I can rebuild the full site inside Wix so the structure feels modern, the navigation is intuitive, and the donate path is naturally woven through the experience. I’ve worked on Wix and other CMS rebuilds where the goal was to preserve what matters, remove what distracts, and give the team a site they can confidently manage afterward. I’ll keep the video embed and Zeffy donate link in place, refresh the layout across every published page, and set up the email capture so it fits cleanly with the new design. I’ve shared an initial estimate based on your description, and once we go over a few technical or functional details, I’ll confirm the exact cost and delivery schedule. I can also review your logo files and content rewrite so the redesign feels consistent across desktop, tablet, and mobile. After launch, I’ll walk you through editing pages, updating sections, and extending the design in Wix without needing outside help. Should the email capture connect to an existing newsletter platform, or would you like me to recommend one? Would you like the email capture to connect to a specific newsletter platform, or should I help choose one? Looking forward to your reply so we can finalize the exact plan. Sincerely, Asad

@starttechno

The Urban Century Institute site needs more than a visual refresh—it needs a clear structure that turns UCI’s Chattanooga-based mission into an inviting path from learning about the organization to supporting it. I’ll rebuild the published Wix pages with a contemporary, responsive theme using the attached logo’s green, blue, and nature-focused identity, while organizing the supplied content around UCI’s work in sustainability, community participation, and the Old Birds Mill Sanctuary. I’ll first audit the current pages, remove outdated material, and create a consistent header, navigation, typography, spacing, calls to action, and footer. The existing video will remain embedded, and the Zeffy donation link will be preserved and positioned prominently without making the experience feel pushy. I’ll also add a Wix email signup form connected to a subscriber list for future announcements, then verify the layouts and interactions on desktop, tablet, and mobile. I previously built a landing page with RSVP capture, so I’ll apply that same conversion-minded thinking to the newsletter and donation journeys. Everything will stay editable inside Wix. I’ll finish with a practical recorded walkthrough showing how to update text, images, pages, the email form, and design elements. Should the existing Wix page URLs remain unchanged where possible to avoid broken links? Muhammad Saad

@Designersclub3

Hi, I can redesign your Wix website with a clean, modern, and easy-to-use layout. I’ll update all pages, keep the existing video and Zeffy donation link, and add an email signup. The site will be fully responsive on desktop, tablet, and mobile. I’ll also show you how to manage and update the website yourself after delivery. I’m ready to get started.

@Webnxa

Hi, I’d love to completely refresh your Wix website into a modern, clean and intuitive experience while keeping everything within Wix so your team can confidently manage it after handover. I have strong experience with Wix website development, responsive UI/UX, content restructuring, SEO-friendly layouts and conversion-focused design. I understand that this is a full site overhaul rather than a simple visual update. My approach would include: • Rebuild the entire published site with a consistent modern design system • Improve navigation and page structure so visitors can easily find key information • Create clear, compelling calls-to-action around your Donate button • Keep the existing embedded video and Zeffy donation link fully functional • Add a simple email/newsletter signup and connect it to your preferred email-list workflow • Update layouts and content based on the material you provide • Ensure excellent responsive behavior across desktop, tablet and mobile • Optimize page structure, usability and performance • Keep everything native to Wix for easy future editing • Provide a final walkthrough showing you how to edit content and extend the design I can work within your existing Wix setup and make the site easy for a new board member to manage without needing technical knowledge. I’m available to start promptly and can discuss the current site structure and desired direction before beginning. Thanks & Regards, Nafees Ahmad
