Photo - crop, resize and touch up

Approximately 25-30 photos of various image & files sizes as well as varying quality that all need to be edited to target size of 120x120px (JPG or PNG). This may necessitate cropping, resizing and otherwise touching up / altering the images so that the output have a consistent look and feel (for use in an internal web-app).
Where the source photo is in colour, would like the two target outputs, one in color and a second in B&W.
Where the source photo is in B&W, then just B&W output.
Once successful, photos will be shared either via OneDrive / GoogleDrive or via ZIP email. (TBC)
