I need an site that will be focused on professional photographers.
1- Must have for each different photographer a login (user name and password)
2- Photographer will upload pictures and create an exclusive photo gallery for each of their customer - so the customer can make a photo selection for the album -
3- photographer customer will login with username and password to have access to their exclusive photo gallery.
4- As soon the final client make the selection, they will be able to save the selection - When that is done, they not will be able to change the selecition any more, unless the photographer change that in the admin part of the site -

1 select photo
2 make it favorite
3 comment on it
When the selection is saved, an email will be sent to the photographer with a txt of the pictures selected by that customer - Like - Customer xxx finished the selection and here is the photo list - Would be great if the email could contain an thumbnail of each selected picture - I will provide an email sample of what I think would be the perfect way to do.
the final client will receive an confirmation email also.
THIS IS 1 PART OF THE SITE
ON THE SECOND PART -
The photographer will have the photo selection and will start the album design part.
This part can be an desktop version - So the photographer don't waste a long time uploading high res photos to the site.
1- choose an album size - ex: 25x30cm, 30x30 cm etc...
2- select folder of the pictures
3- album design will be based on drag and drop
**photographer will drag the photos from folder and that will automatic arrange it selg into the layout.
4- save the project to continue it later or to comeback and make changes
5- Save the album in JPEG or PNG in high resolution ready to print
6- Save the album in low resolution (proof) for customer aprove.
** It's a great idea if can save it in PDF, what will make easy for the final customer to see like a book - spread by spread and export as a flip book-flash-) for the photographer site also.
IMPORTANT - album layout must have an option to use a background picture or color and and have an control for opacity - Lets say the photographer want to use a picture as a background but want to to this picture faded (about 25% opacity) - Or he(she) want's to use a red color but want this red to be almost unnoticeable.
The site must be ready for upgrades as we need.
the site will work as subscription and the license must be checked every time the computer connect to the internet - If the photographer don't make the monthly payment, he can't access the site (even the desktop part)
I need a good way to make the subscription, like credit card, or other payment forms and the license should be realeased automatic after the payment is done -
Also I will need an trial (demo) for 30 days, so the photographer can try it with risk free and make the option for subscription after that trial period.
** all the site must have the option for me to translate, because I will need all in portuguese - I will provide the translation, but this will be the last of all.
** I want to buy it, and that means this is an exclusive project and can not be passed to anyone else. I will need the entire project and code in case in the future I cant contact the person who is doing it. So another professional can take it and make any necessary changes if I need.
***I need someone reliable and able to give me support if I need and stick with me for future upgrades -
