Provide Windows-compliant TrueTypeFont for GD&T Symbols (engineering)

I need a True Type Font library for GD & T fonts. I need the font to include with/without frames and also composite frames. You can find similar fonts below:

Note: Anyone who thinks they can but one of the listed fonts and steal / copy them to resell to me as their own, I have ways of checking. Don't bid on this project unless you will create the font yourself and have experience doing this.

Also, the library will need to include all upper-case alpha-numeric characters as well (i.e. A-Z and 0-9).
