Provide me with sharepoint template

I am looking for someone who can develop a simple sharepoint template for me. The requirements flow in tandem with an example page, which will be provided. The Requirements are as follows: - Must have the functionality of example site - Must have paypal functionality - Must be easy to edit/maintain content - Contain Registration forms that can be edited - Contain Scheduling/Calendar component piece I prefer someone who already has a pre-built sharepoint template that fits my needs. It is a simple template that requires no more than a few pages that can enable me to perform my services quickly, efficiently, and safely.
