This should be a quick Flash change: Take the provided flash template, and take out the menu with the flying circles in a separate flash file. Make it so that clicking on each circle will open a page in an IFRAME in the parent HTML file, not in the flash. So, if you click, on Services, for example, the circle comes in the center and then a page [url removed, login to view] loads up in an iframe which would be located, where the flash currently is. The size of the Flash file will now be only as much as the menu (see the graphic in the attached PDF in the zip). There's actually an HTML template in the zip file, but it's pure HTML and I want to have the page generally in HTML, but have the menu in Flash. You should work on the files in the ??žflash/“ subfolder, but the full original template is provided as well. The provided ZIP file contains everything and also a picture of what I need taken out.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
