Recreate "We Be Marryin" Image

A bridal client is using a Caribbean theme for her wedding reception. She wants to incorporate a variation of the attached image in some of the wedding favors, etc. She would like to modify the image in the following ways:
1. Instead of "We Be Jammin," she would like the text to read "We Be Marryin."
2. On the male image on the left, she would like to incorprate a bow tie around the "groom's" neck (as on a tuxedo).
3. On the female image on the right, she would like to incorporate a veil on the "bride's" head....and perhaps flowers in hand, if that works.
4. Because this will be printed in one color, she would like the image illustrated as B&W only...not 3/4 color, as shown here.
5. Beneath the image she would like it to read (in the same "We Be Jammin" typestyle, but smaller):

Because the wedding is quickly approaching I need to get this finished ASAP. I will need the file as an .eps and .ai file. Please be sure to indicate duration and price.
