Responsive Website in joomla

Hi, We are looking for a website to display running costs of printers. I will provide the XML files daily that will give you all needed information. All you need to do is design the website, search boxes, and how the information is displayed. We will also provide all photos for the printers. The site must have a responsive site also that takes away some of the fields displayed and has a slick app like design to it for tablet AND mobile phone. We will provide the logo for this site already. We would prefer the site to be in joomla 3 as we already have experience with the back end. Cost Per Page Specs 1 OVERVIEW Customers looking for a new printer like to be able to see what they cost to print. This is designed to be a simple solution for them, using the Cost per Page (CPP) data supplied. This site is to be located at www.costperpage.co.nz. It needs to be suitable for Desktop/Tablet and a Mobile version. 2 DETAILS AND PAGE STRUCTURE 2.1 HOME PAGE Use Cost per page logo (supplied). Brief details on home page saying reason for existence and where data comes from – editorial supplied. No flash. Spaces needed for Advertising in future. 1 x Space ad for Computer Food on home page – desktop version. Search Printers (see rules 2.2 below) 2.2 SEARCH PRINTERS Users can search by: Type of Printer <Type> All <default> Multifunction Printers = “PSC” or “PSCF” or “Fax” in Type field Single Function Printers = P in Type field Colour <Colour> All <default> Inkjet (Colour) = “Inkjet (Colour)” in Colour field. Mono (Black only) = “Mono Laser” in Colour field. Colour Laser = “Colour Laser” in Colour field. Search New Printers Only On by default. On means the field “Available” = 1 2.3 SEARCH RESULTS PAGE 2.3.1 Search Results Desktop / Tablet List printers sorted by default the cheapest Black CPP. Optional to re-sort any column by clicking on the heading (ascending order or cheapest first). Click heading again to sort descending. Results: Small Pic / Name / Brand / Interface / Paper Size / Priceincl / CPP Black / CPP Bk + Colour / Shop Online 1 Note: Some of these fields are null – e.g. “CPP Bk + Colour” or “Price Incl” for new printers. Iff Null just put “-“ in results. 2.3.2 Search Results Mobile Per above but due to the small screen only list: Name / Priceincl / CPP Black / CPP Bk + Colour / Shop Online 1 1 Drill down to Computer Food url for that product. 2.4 INFORMATION PAGES Links at the bottom: About us Contact Us FAQ 3 DATA Data is currently supplied in an XML file but this can be supplied in any format. It needs to be automatically updated each night from a file that will be uploaded via FTP. 3.1 DATA NEEDED FOR SITE: 3.1.1 Printers and Cartridges data incl URL links.
