We operate a popular VPS hosting company, with data center locations across the USA and Europe. We are introducing a new Asian data center location soon, so are truly going global. We're looking to totally revamp our marketing / brochureware website - the website is currently using Wordpress as the backend though little content is served dynamically as the site is almost entirely cached by our CDN provider Cloudflare. The new design will meet these requirements: - keep our current logo design which we do not wish to change - fresh and modern in design - fully optimized for speed - we need an obsessive designer who will optimize CSS, JS, images and HTML to the max - multi-lingual + multi-currency support - fully adaptive - will work beautifully on mobile and tablet devices, as well as desktop - accessible for those with disabilities e.g. users of screen readers - won't be derived from some other WordPress template or look like any other website The winning design team will need to migrate all content from our current WordPress site to the new design. Additionally, if the project is a success we may: - engage you to provide ongoing design support and updates - commission you to produce a homepage video which will explain and demonstrate our product in a clear manner to our prospective customers To better understand our product, bidders are encouraged to sign up to a VPS service on our website - we will issue a full refund to all those who do so as part of their testing process for this contest.

I have read details. As far as I am getting you, I think you need to change the look/feel of your website which already exists. The current website is in Wordpress and I think as per your description, nothing much is being changed from the backend. So I want to know if you want get rid of wordpress along with the design replacement? I have created and customized websites in HTML/CSS as well as php along with wordpress. I will be happy to discuss this further and work on this.
