Service Portfolio UX Redesign

I’m refreshing a service-based portfolio website and need a thoughtful UX overhaul focused squarely on clarity and conversion. The goal is to guide visitors smoothly from their first click through to a clear understanding of what I do and how to get in touch. Scope • Platform: Website (desktop and mobile responsive) • Purpose: Service-based / portfolio site that showcases my offerings and experience • Key element required: dedicated Process pages that visually walk prospects through each stage of my workflow What I’m looking for – Discovery session to audit the current site and user journeys – Low-fidelity wireframes followed by high-fidelity prototypes (Figma, Sketch or similar) – A streamlined information architecture with intuitive navigation, concise copy placements, and clear calls to action – Responsive design guidance so every screen size feels native – Handoff package: annotated mock-ups, interaction specs, style tokens, and assets ready for dev Acceptance criteria 1. Process pages clearly articulate steps, estimated timelines, and deliverables. 2. Main conversion paths (contact / inquiry) are reachable within two clicks from any page. 3. Usability tests on at least three target-audience users yield no critical blockers. 4. Final prototypes meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast and accessibility basics.
