Small Forum Graphics

I am looking for icons for my forum that I am programing, the only problem is I am awful at graphic design... So i need the small icons used for the forum. There is a list of icons i need below.. All the icons have to be 15X15 px. I like the way windows xp icons look a lot!

I also need 16 diffrent smiley faces. All with diffrent expressions.. I like the way that MSN messenger ones look like. They actually dont even have to be smileys.. Something you might use while posting something. I also need 5 diffrent color stars.
