USA ONLY - Design a Website Mockup for Wordpress

I am looking for a strong Wordpress DESIGNER - NOT a developer REQUIRED - ONLY USA please Your goal is to deliver a PSD for a Wordpress site that you will design based on specific templates and similar. Preference to doing a wireframe first and then the full design, etc. Main Requirements: 0- Looking for DESIGNER - NOT a developer 1 - USA ONLY 2 - $15-$25/hour - if you are higher SHOW ME WHY 3 - STRONG designer who can deliver quickly and work on changes quickly too creating design based on existing templates. 4 - overall price of design should be under $200 closer (5-8hr * $20ish) 5 - MUST BE Experienced designing for Wordpress templates. I NEED a great layout for a business website for an electrician client. Looking for someone I can work with again and again.. (My typical clients are: electrician, doctor, financial company, staffing company... yes they are a bit boring - thats where you come in.) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - * * * HERE IS HOW TO RESPOND * * * THESE ARE REQUIRED - auto responses / responses without info are discarded. 1 - Give me your best hourly rate. 2 - please show Wordpress design portfolio / example work. 3 - TELL ME how many hours it takes on average for you to PHOTOSHOP a great template - right now we are about 2-4 hrs per first draft. 4 - What other skills do you have - slice/dice into Wordpress template, logos, other? We'll test a project and go from there. If you are easy to work with and do great business layout design, I'll just keep throwing you projects.
